Privacy Policy

The short version. We keep only what we need to run your account and your credits. We keep a copy of the images you render and the 3D models you make, so you don't lose what you paid for. We don't use ads or trackers, and we don't sell your data.

What we collect

Account details: your email address and a password. The password is stored hashed by our sign-in provider; we never see it. If you try Podder without an account, we create an anonymous account with no email.
Credits: your balance and a log of credit changes (renders, 3D models, purchases, refunds).
Purchases: payments are handled by Stripe. We receive the email on the purchase and which pack you bought, never your card number.
3D model jobs: which account paid for which 3D model, so the right account can download and be refunded.
Shared designs: if you click Share on a picture, we keep a public page for it, with the picture and a short description of the design. Anyone with that link can see it; nothing else from your account is shown.
Your images and 3D files: a copy of each image you render and each STL file you make, so you can see and download them again on any device. If you're signed in, we also keep your history and favorites so they follow you between devices.
Security logs: the IP address of failed owner-PIN attempts, kept to block guessing, and standard server logs kept by our host.

What stays on your device

Your settings, plus a local copy of your images, history and favorites, are saved in your browser's local storage so the app loads quickly. Clearing your browser data deletes that local copy, but not the copies we keep for you.

What we send to other services

To do its job, Podder passes data to these processors:

Service	What and why
Supabase	Sign-in, account, credit, history and favorites records.
Cloudflare	Hosts the site and its server functions, and stores your images and 3D files.
Stripe	Takes payments for credit packs.
Replicate	Receives the design prompt you build to generate each image.
Tripo	Receives the image you choose when you make a 3D model.

Each handles the data under its own terms and privacy policy. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it for advertising.

Cookies and tracking

Podder doesn't use advertising or analytics trackers. It stores your sign-in session and your saved work in your browser's local storage so the app keeps working between visits.

How long we keep it

We keep your account, credit records and rendered images while your account exists. Each STL file stays downloadable for 90 days after you make it, then we delete it; the design itself stays, and you can make it into a 3D model again. Failed-PIN records are only checked for one hour. Stripe keeps payment records as the law requires.

Your choices

Delete your account: open Buy credits in the app and choose Delete my account. This erases your account, credit balance, history, and the images and 3D files we keep for you, right away. Unused credits are lost and not refunded.
Get a copy or a correction: email us and we'll help.

Children

Podder is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top.
